马来西亚已经独立61年了, 在国家独立的日子里我们已经成立了20年.


After the Asian Financial Crisis in 1998, VIDI FURNITURE SDN BHD was born. At that bad environment, all the way not so smoothly for a new born company. For the past 10 years, we have had another Global Financial Crisis at 2007-2008. We are like a boat in a sea that is going through a stormy attack! But I'm glad of it! We are survive.

在1998年的亚洲经济风暴后, 辉立家俱有限公司诞生了. 当时的公司规模和初成立的环境, 回想起来一路走来并不是那么的顺遂. 因为过后的10年里, 我们又经历了2007-2008年的环球金融风暴. 对于还没站稳脚步的小公司, 我们就如汪洋大海的小船正在经历暴风雨的袭击! 但是很庆幸的! 我们也咬紧牙关生存下来了.


Over the past 20 years, we have undergone many "Business Renovation" in order to survive. In addition to the changing of products line, it also includes the restructuring of the business type. Finally, we found our own product positioning and the core value of the operation of the company. We also build a good team, can work together to create better products and services to our customers. It's so lucky! We appreciate all the past and present company staff. You're all the best!

这20年的时间里为了生存, 我们经历了多次的转型. 当中除了产品的转型, 也包括了商业模式的转型. 直到最后, 我们找到了自己的产品定位和公司运作的核心价值,才慢慢的在这个市场站稳了脚步. 我们也打造了一个很好的公司团队, 能够齐心合力的创造更好的产品和服务给喜欢我们的顾客. 真的是太幸运了! 这里需要感激所有过去的和现在的公司职员们. 你们都是最棒的!


We are very pleased, "SQUIRREL" this brand is liked & following our news by customers. In the beginning, we didn't care of the concept of "branding". Now-day, customer can get all information from internet easily . How do we make our customers like us?

我们很欣慰, SQUIRREL这个品牌在本地市场渐渐的受到顾客的关注和喜爱. 想当初, 我们并没有想到"品牌"这个概念. 可是现在这个"扁平"的市场, 资讯随手可得. 我们要怎样让顾客喜欢上我们呢?


Finally, we found out. The consideration of customer buys the furniture except the price .... "Quality" and "Service" is the most important key! Because the furniture is not a "consumable". It will be a part of customer's home 5 years, 10, even 20 years!

最后,我们发现了. 顾客购买家具除了价钱考量以外.... "品质"和"服务"是最重要的关键! 因为家具并不是一件"消耗品". 它会在顾客的家里5年,10年,甚至20年! 
也可以这么说吧:

Therefore, we can not compromise on quality and design for the price! So "Pricing" has become a challenge for us. In particular, there is a "price war" market everywhere. How do we make our customers like us?

所以我们在品质上和设计上就不能为了价格而妥协! 所以价格定位方面又成为了我们的一个挑战. 尤其是现在到处都是"价格战"的市场. 我们要如何让顾客喜欢上我们呢?

We started to build our own sales team, transport and installation team and online customer service team. We also selected the local excellent dealers to cooperate with us! We have built our own unique "Business Mode"! We want customers to buy with us and feel "Worth It". Even referral to friends and relatives.

 We hope to be able to create a warm home for every customer!

我们开始打造自己的销售团队,运输安装团队和线上线下的客服团队. 除了自己公司本身, 我们也挑选了全马优秀的代理商与我们合作! 我们打造了自己独特的经营模式! 我们希望顾客能和我们购买并且觉得是"值得的". 甚至转介绍给亲戚朋友.

我们希望能为每一位顾客打造温馨的家!


However, we are not perfect. We make mistakes too. But we strive for perfection! Every mistake is a better chance for us to learn from it and change it!  Within past 20 years, I was grateful to all the colleagues who worked together, and every customer who bought our products. Also hope that the future days, small "SQUIRREL" can grow up! I also hope that more and more people will like this brand.
